Dispute & refund escalation
Tickets raised by shoppers on failed or disputed swaps and redemptions. Escalate, approve a refund, then attach the on-chain refund transaction to close the case.

Eligibility rules
- Only verified earned PAIMT counts — a minimum of 100 PAIMT must come from 4F100, Mining, AMH or Rentals rewards.
- Purchased or transferred-in PAIMT is not eligible for PAIPAY swaps.
- Swap quotes use the live Ave.ai PAIMT2 market price at the moment of approval.
- Escrow holds the shopper's PAIMT2 settlement until the merchant releases the product or service.
- Merchants must be accredited, hold a BSC Token Pocket wallet and publish a price list honouring the 50% PAIPAY rate.
- Every settlement must be confirmed on BNB Smart Chain before funds or goods are released.
- Disputes freeze the escrow record until both parties are reviewed by PAI Business Empire.
Publish a merchant listing
Use this when a merchant has paid for access and uploaded a product on their own device. Publishing stores the listing centrally so the homepage slideshow and shop show it to every visitor.
